Will Smith

Will Smith is Vice President of Business Development at Lila Sciences, where he builds and scales the company's external partnerships and customer pipeline, translating Lila's technical capabilities into collaboration and real-world impact.  

Prior to LILA, Will was a Partner at McChrystal Group, a global organizational performance consulting firm. He began his career as an officer in the United States Army.  

Will holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
