Rachael Lammers is Vice President and Head of Autonomous Platform Strategy at Lila Sciences, where she leads strategy and execution for the autonomous science platform. She works across scientific, engineering, and operations teams to align priorities, build the operating infrastructure, and create the cultural foundation that enables the organization to scale with speed and resilience.
Prior to LILA, Rachael held strategy and operations leadership roles at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, Resilience, and McChrystal Group, and earlier served in the U.S. Department of Defense and Department of Commerce.
She holds an MS in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Political Science from Georgia State University.
