Mary Jacobs is Vice President of People at Lila Sciences, where she leads human resources and talent acquisition teams. She has deep expertise in executive and technical recruiting and building teams at the forefront of science and technology.
Prior to LILA, Mary held talent acquisition leadership roles at Flagship Pioneering, where she helped scale over 30 new companies during her tenure. At Proclinical Staffing, she led scientific and clinical recruiting teams, partnering with biotech and pharma industry leaders.
Mary holds a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.
