Madeline Silverman is Vice President of Corporate Development at Lila Sciences, where she leads capital formation and strategic partnerships supporting the company’s long-term mission. She works closely with the leadership team to shape an ecosystem of strategic industry partners and capital allocators to accelerate Lila’s technology roadmap, scale its autonomous science platform, and advance the company’s commercial objectives.
Prior to LILA, Madeline served as Chief of Staff to the Head of Merrill Lynch at Bank of America, supporting strategic initiatives across an organization overseeing more than $4 trillion in client balances. She also held roles helping build out the firm’s alternative investments platform in partnership with leading global asset managers.
She began her career in management consulting at McChrystal Group, where she led long-term strategic transformation engagements across healthcare, energy, and financial services clients.
Madeline holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Government from Harvard University.
