Jon Hennek is Chief Revenue and Product Officer at Lila Sciences. He brings a deeply human-centered approach to product leadership, with a career commercializing solutions to complex problems across AI, materials, agriculture, specialty chemicals, solar energy, and medical diagnostics.
Prior to LILA, Jon served as a founding team member and first Chief Product Officer at Osmo, a machine learning and olfactory science startup spun out of Google DeepMind, and as Global Head of Carbon Product at Indigo Ag, where he launched the innovation team and Indigo Carbon™ to advance environmental sustainability and profitability for farmers.
He is a member of Baukunst, a collective of technologists advancing the art of building at the frontiers of technology and design, and was named to Bloomberg Green's Ones to Watch list of climate champions in 2025.
Jon holds a PhD in Chemistry from Northwestern University, a BS from University of St. Thomas, and conducted postdoctoral research in Harvard's George Whitesides Lab.
