Prior to LILA, Jawad served as CFO at Axon (Nasdaq: AXON), where he helped grow the company's market cap from $1B to over $13B and raised $600M through two follow-on offerings. He also served as CFO at Market Track (now Numerator), guiding the company to a successful exit to Vista Equity, and spent 13 years at GE in senior finance roles across several industries.

Jawad holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
